Some make us think, some make us wonder. Vineeth Reddy is a social entrepreneur, who has put a firm-step forward to create unparalleled vibes as a social entrepreneur and forward thinking leader. At the age of 17, Vineeth Reddy founded Citizens of Hope, a registered social enterprise. Vineeth Reddy moves ahead with the gainful insight of the plight, hunger and disease of the poor and unprivileged in India. He is one of those few Non-Resident Indians who take pride in giving back and rendering impactful services to the mother country.
Vineeth Reddy is different to other children of his age. He is overwhelmingly sensitive to the plight of fellow humans. Instead of following the watch and let go attitude, he is moved by an undulating spirit to address the plight and suffering of the poor and unprivileged during the COVID-19 pandemic. When he visited his home town in India during COVID-19 he witnessed the misery, plight and extremely pitiable condition of the poor. What really shocked him was the desperate condition of poor who have lost their livelihoods, and went hungry for many days. The wrath unleashed by the pandemic with no access to proper medical care or medicine subjected the poor to untold sufferings.
Vineeth Reddy loves to face the challenges of life. He prepares himself to confront change with clarity of thought and resounding action. He is definitely a superman with a never back-down attitude. This surely comes from the leadership qualities bestowed on him by his mother and father, and the ideal family values he cherishes to relay to everyone. When all other children of his age are totally engrossed with academics and further studies, Vineeth Reddy finds himself lost in deep introspection with a strong concern for the fellow human’s plight and helplessness. Surely, Vineeth Reddy is an Aristotle at academic excellence, and equally a true Ulysses who believes that life is in action, and giving oneself to laxity or lethargy means to live no life at all.
